E. coli derived recombinant. The protein contains the HCV nucleocapsid, NS3, NS4, and NS5 immunodominant regions.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
S-Sepharose> Ceramic Hydroxyapatite> Affinity Purification.

PURITY:
Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).

PROTEIN CONC:
1mg/ ml in50 mM Na-PO4, pH 8.5, 2.4 mM EDTA, 5 mM DTT, 0.1% SDS.

STORAGE:
Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -20°C.

STABILITY:
Five years frozen. 24 hrs in solution at room temperature.

SPECIFICITY:
Immunoreactive with sera of HCV- infected individuals.
